The best way to look at the new 25 cent fee. Earn $5. Then after you earn that $5 then pretend like your at 0 and use that $5 up for fees. until you gotta earn another $5 to keep cashing out. All that changed is you gotta earn $5 after every 20 cashouts (25¢/20=$5).

For those that are just starting.
Switching from the five surveys app to desktop mode in a browser app like opera or edge (going back and fourth checking both) is how you can get different/more surveys (the survey aggregator gets refreshed). Also switching from data to wifi and switching the half survey toggle on and off does the trick here and there for getting a new set. Also use revolut to cashout, paypal can lag and cashapp needs $5.25 for some reason instead of $5, revolut is instant too.

The reason surveys aren't good today is because its memorial day
The survey companies haven't pushed the new ones out yet. They normally come in around 10am-12pm. They should resume back to normal tomorrow morning
