I run a tiny consulting business and used to print, sign, scan, and resend contracts every single time. Finally switched to doing everything digitally and honestly annoyed I waited this long. Curious what random workflow change saved everyone else the most time this year?

Considering going virtual for my health anxiety because in person is impossible to get into near me. But I keep second guessing whether it's as good.
