1stoptoyshop issues
Has anyone else had issues with 1stoptoyshop? I pre-ordered a Mythic Legions (retailer Anubis) figure in Feb 2025, I had put a non-refundable payment down, but never received a link to pay off the remainder. Earlier this year, it crossed my mind that I hadn't gotten it. I emailed them for the Shop link, but they couldn't resend it (I guess it comes from Shop itself). After another week plus, and a reminder email from me, they sent a Paypal invoice for the remaining balance (with a new order number), which I paid in full that same day.
That was a month ago now, and still no figure. I emailed them last week, and they said it should be arriving mid-week. That didn't happen. There's no update on the order, nor any kind of tracking number....just their say-so.
I don't know what'd happening over there, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had issues with this retailer, and/or with a Shop store not sending the payment link for remaining balances.
I love that they have free shipping, and I ordered from them a couple years ago, no issues, but this current situation has been one of the worst online retailer experiences.
