We are 1st time renters (lived in the building for 4 years) and we are moving out for the 1st time. Recently our landlord sent us this list of cleaning requirements (fine enough, we plan on cleaning as appropriate), and also a list of "service fee schedule". That last list is odd, I'm pretty sure it's just fear mongering to have is worry/pay about more than we need to. There's some general wear to the place but nothing is deposit breaking. Thoughts?

Basically wondering if I need to pay attention to anything on the charges list.
