Does anyone have any experience with or resources about taking HRT, specifically increasing estrogen, to inhibit hepcidin and optimize iron absorption?
My wonderful OB/GYN and Integrative MD are both suggesting this route. I don’t have the best history with estrogen (hated the pill with a passion!!!) and I’m not finding much about it though. If anyone has any good experiences or info, I’d greatly appreciate it.
