Ice appointment scheduled after removal proceedings were terminated to continue with USCIS

I been helping my gf with this whole circus I been witnessing with the changes with immigration. She came with an i-94 parole when she crossed. She has done everything by the books to get a change of status. The judge terminated her removal proceedings due to me sending a motion to terminate so that uscis can continue with her i-485 filed under CCA (Cuban Adjustment Act). Now she gets this letter to go in person to a deportation officer to review her case. I feel they just want to take her in due to the pause on applications from the do not fly countries. I submitted a letter to uscis to continue working on her application with the judges order. I feel ice just wants to take her in to detain her, get a number added to the quota and send her off until she gets her application approved or closed since she cant go to the interview since she is detained. So what can we do in this situation? She can't be deported. I know they make it unbearable in there for people to sign and get deported. What you guys think? Think of my gf as someone that should get residency with flying colors. That is how much she qualifies to legally to change her status and get closer to have a chance become a citizen.
