Strange melody Impossible to identify. Maybe music box crank.

Hi to everybody. Please, can anyone help to indentify a melody. It's a kind of music box sinister lullaby with children laughs and siren sound. It's possible that's melody was created for some kind of creepypasta. But is hipnotizing. Sorry for my English. Not my first language. Thanks.
