Losing weight trying to gain muscle where it matters
Hey everyone I’m trying to lose my “beer gut” and I don’t need a six pack or anything but I’m 6’3 and 250 pounds! I want to loser the stomach and build on my arms and legs which even in my prime of working out I could never achieve bulk muscle and wondered if you had any ideas? Quick side note I know cardio isn’t good on the legs when you’re overweight at a certain height so if I’m doing cardio should I just walk until I lose weight? Honestly any advice would be good and please help!
