It's just kind of funny. He will say the same dialogue as usual but on the bed. And if you leave and re-enter the house he will stand there and say that the patient has escaped (even though he is the patient and is right in front of us)

Was just messing around and digging up some mountains and accidentally found this cave. Has anyone found this before? (Also if you try to take away a horse from this guy he will say he hates that thing but you can't have it)

Apparently for some reason when you enter letters in a language that is not supported by the game (Russian in my case) it produces these symbols. Also the game froze my PC and crashed after like a minute of being open in the background
