Cross posted from the ROG hardware forum. So I had a key switch break in half (one that I may have never even used once) and I had read that this model may be hot swappable or is likely hot swappable.  What is the story?  Are these switches soldered in?  Asus usually isn't that cheap with the hardware (much more so with the drivers and driver support) but I have an extractor and have tried three keys and non of them would budge.  I actually broke the extractor trying to get the last one out.  So I'm just looking for justification to give up and throw this thing in the bin.  Also I'm A+ certified, and have a good idea what I'm doing here.
