I went from 150mg XL to 300mg XL and I’ve been feeling a lot of lightheadedness, nausea, trapped wind/gas but as of today I feel SUPER achy like unwell achy or I’ve worked out and my muscles are sore. I’m not sure if this is due to upping the dose? I’ve got a minor sore throat so could be a cold coming but I’m just wondering if this could also be upping the dosage

Edit to add that I also have had bad headaches in the mix!
