42F, active, non-smoker, non-drinker. Family history of cardiomyopathy but I was cleared for that when I was younger.

Are these findings concerning and is a coronary angiogram the necessary next step? No labs completed.

Went to the cardiologist because I was experiencing regular heart flutters. I’ve had these all my life but lately they seem to be more frequent and lasting longer (10 minutes instead of <1 minute).

Also took up running about 18 months ago. Was running 30-40mpw and completed a marathon in January. Heart rate jumps to 150+ within 60 seconds of light jogging and hits 180s even on easy runs (some with walk breaks) then takes 30+ minutes to get below 100bpm after stopping. So I wanted to see if there was anything they could tell me about that.

Last, I have random, infrequent neck fatigue. Not pain, but like a tiredness or tightness, like I’ve been tensing my muscles and then release. It typically only lasts 10 or so minutes.

I prefer a more conservative approach to things, but obviously don’t want to play with heart concerns.
