Anyone else had tNSW hand out customer satisfaction surveys this week whilst on the train?
Happened this morning on the south coast line heading to Sydney. Never seen this before. Paper survey on clipboards, asking questions and you had to rate from very dissatisfied to very satisfied. Wondering if it’s happening on all lines or if south coast specific, and why they might be doing this now?
