Is this normal or should I worry?

During the past week, I’ve been hearing a weird crackling or bubbling noise in my ears, mainly my left one. Today, I became concerned because that got worse since it was also accompanied by tension in my head, my scalp has been shaking out of… something, maybe stress, maybe something else. I also noticed a weird dark spot inside my mouth right above a tooth I haven’t gotten treated. All of that is something that I’ve never dealt with before and I’m getting kinda’ paranoid about it being something terrible like an early symptom of something delicate like meningitis or something out of a horror movie like myiasis (I live near ranches and there’s been reported cases in animals, knowing that this can happen to humans too has me all hypochondriac right now).

I’ll go to the doctor tomorrow but I wanted to post this just in case anyone replies early and knows something that could help with this.
If it helps, here’s more info: my dental health isn’t the best (I was depressed many years ago and that neglect has impacted my overall health to this day), I haven’t slept much lately and I’ve been going to the hospital to deal with bureaucratic stuff because I take care of someone in my family who recently got I’ll and I’m concerned that I might’ve been infected by someone in those halls.

Thanks in advance and sorry if I broke any rule in this post!
