Cat Distribution System Strikes Again

So my girlfriend found a newborn kitten last week... She is very small, and while she is making some good progress, we are pretty worried.

THE GOOD

-She has already been to an emergency vet where she stayed overnight and they were able to stabilize her.

-She has been eating well, at least 3 ml of kitten milk replacement every 2 hours since coming home from the emergency vet. (Sometimes she will eat a bit more, we usually let her keep going until she decides she's had enough)

-She seems more active now and has been living in the nest we made for her (heating pad on one side, set to medium at the advice of the vet... We temp her constantly and the low setting wasn't quite keeping her warm enough.)

-Going to the bathroom normally, poop and pee are the right color/consistency according to the Kitten Lady website, which the vet recommended to us.

THE CONCERNING

-She is VERY small. When we found her, she weighed 67 grams. We did our best the first night and the next day she had dropped to 60 grams which prompted us to take her to the emergency vet immediately. Since we got her back, she went back up to 64 grams, and this morning she weighed 68 grams. We will weigh her again once we get back home to our kitchen scale

-Maybe it's just me, but my girlfriend seems to be able to get her to eat more reliably than I can. I stick with her and try and get her up to that 3 ml mark, but sometimes it takes a while whereas with my girlfriend, she just slurps it down no problem.

Is there anything else we should be doing? We have been researching constantly and following the vet's advice to a tee. I would like to keep seeing continued weight gain and normal bathroom activities, I'm just so anxious and I want her to be ok! We have 2 cats already, but neither of us has ever taken care of an orphaned newborn. Any advice is welcome!
