I'm hoping to find a highly realistic server to call home. My preference would be to run a small agency if there's a good server out there that could benefit from that, but I'm willing to entertain other offers from high quality servers.

To outline my experience level, I have 10 years of law enforcement experience outside of FiveM, and 10 years of experience in the FiveM universe running LEO agencies and servers. On the agency management side of things, I come with fully fleshed out documents and procedures, as well as an established training program with a long-standing history of success. On top of my law enforcement experience, I also bring experience in livery creation, EUP; and some coding knowledge. With all of that being said, I'm confident I could be a great resource for the right server.

I do have some specifics as far as choosing a server, so please don't comment if your server doesn't meet these conditions.

1. I'm only interested in highly realistic, slow burn RP servers.

2. I'm only interested in servers that have already launched and that have some sort of consistent population. It doesn't have to be insanely busy, but not looking for dead servers.

3. I'm only interested in servers that use real vehicles. I'm not interested in the lore friendly setups.

I know I'm looking for something very specific here, but I know with my experience level and quality of RP that I'll be well worth it to the right server.
