Thinking about lifting it. But I want some visuals first.
So I have a 2005 CR-V, It doesn't go offroad much, but occasionally there is a heavier load in it.
And as we know, the rear end likes to sag a bit... Not full "squat truck" but that's how it is in stock form.
And after fitting 225/50/18 tires, I ended up having some rubbing on the back wheel arches.
I've been trying to find springs that would lift the rear about 20-30mm (inch, give or take a bit)
But only reasonably priced thing I have found have been 45mm (about 1.5 inch) spacers, which I think it way too much, or lowering springs. around 25-35mm drop.
Now technically I could combine lowering springs with the spacer block to get roughly where I want to be... but before I spend money on it, I would like to see what this would look like.
(AI picture generation went just about as well you could expect... very poorly)
And of course there is couple brands called "never-heard-about-them" and some shops that don't ship abroad. So there probably is something that I'm wanting, but either I don't know how trustworthy the sellers are... and local road safety inspections are quite strict, so I would also need proof that the parts are spesificly designed for this exact car. so that's a no go for many potential parts.
So all in all. I would like to hear other peoples experiences with lowering springs and lift blocks,
or 1.5inch lift with street tire.
also pictures with lift kit, and 18-19 inch street tires would be nice...
