I have a PS5 and my brother has an Xbox series x for the past few years since about 2023 they can't connect to the WiFi they connect to the router and then can't get any internet access I've tried any method I could find on this ex I've lowered the security settings on my router settings reset the router still nothing set the WiFi bands nothing changed the DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 and when that didn't work I changed it to 8.8.4.4 still nothing and I just changed the router setting to allow UPnP i haven't had the opportunity to reset it yet today so it might work probably not though is there anything that I haven't done that yous could think of to fix this
