SELL IN MAY...AND GO AWAY!

The last chance for summer vacations is upon us. The Good Doctor could be cutting deals left and right...but I'm not sure too many Wall Streeters are around to pay attention.

The same probably goes for LT, the court system, and general activity in the markets altogether. Volumes are down, families are getting their kids back to school, and many others are just finishing off their summer trip plans before heading back to "normal life"...in September?

Notwithstanding all of the recent corporate power moves ongoing, I'm still focusing on Oct 7...and hoping that any "hearings" that happen before then are productive. But, until then, we just seem to be darting around like a quantum atomic model...hoping and praying for all of the Ji World "deals" to close, DVLT to EXECUTE in this 3rd Q, and some MAGIC to surprisingly surface out of left field.

To keep me busy, contented, and even excited through this lengthy lull, I'm just grateful for☝️thing...BASEBALL! hee hee hee

Lower_Ad’s great post gave us a lot of activity to look out for in the last two weeks of August.  But what a nice surprise it would be if something exciting happened THIS WEEK!  Don’t get me wrong.  I’m definitely NOT expecting anything great over the next 5 days.  But…Hey...why not???  It’s possible !!!

Also…while all sorts of interesting and exciting announcements and possibilities keep coming at us regarding DVLT, SCLX, PHOE, ACEA, SMNR, and to a lesser extent, VivaSor…I want to see some interesting and exciting news centered around SRNE, BABY!

I’m thankful to have SCLX and DVLT Divis.  But the number of shares resulting from those Divis is miniscule compared to my commitment in SRNE.  SRNE is The Big Dawg…and it needs to growl, bark, and bite…HARD…to get me back to where I started on this journey 5 years ago!

So…Come On, LT!  Work your magic, Bruh!  I know you can get those UCs paid, and help Free SRNE from the chains of the EM.  Then the Ji World entities can play off each other to bring SRNE back into prosperity!

I know.  I’m probably only dreaming.  But this is the vision of many here.  And I’m not letting go of it until there is absolutely no chance of this happening.  For me…SRNE is THE BULLSEYE.  IT’S WHERE IT’S AT, BABY.  And if it has to be October 7 before we get some real closure…so be it.  But ANYTHING could happen between now and then.  Why not SOMETHING SPECTACULAR!!!

Isn't their "first" 180 Notice Period coming to an end soon? And, I know that "the rules" provide for an additional 180 Extension Request. But approval of that request is not guaranteed.

Maybe the extensive interaction DVLT has had signing "deals" over the last 6 months will meet specific criteria needed to support a legitimate additional 180 Extension. But, if not...what to do?

Nate has already committed...many times publicly...that he will never do a Reverse Split. So...if push comes to shove...does he see moving over to the OTC as a legitimate "temporary option" while working through the company's current growing pains?

Hmmmmm....I guess time will tell.

1.       Short trading week going into the 250^(th) Independence Day Holiday.

2.       Low trade volume this week.

3.       Traders taking extra time off surrounding July 4^(th) for Family Summer Vacations.

4.       If any major deal is in the works, is this the best time to announce it?  Probably not!

IDK.  It feels to me like this is one week to just “ride out!”  I’d love to be pleasantly surprised.  And who knows how The Good Doctor thinks?  He surprises us at every turn.  But I’m guessing that we just focus on friends, family, and quality time together over this great AMERICA 250 Holiday…and get back to business next Monday…July 6.

A robber breaks into a house while the residents are away one dark night. Eager to see what he can loot, he quickly starts searching through cupboards and dressers, grabbing valuables with a trained eye. Suddenly, he hears a voice come out of nowhere. "Jesus is watching you." The criminal jumps, scared the residents are back, and freezes. After a few minutes of silence however, he assumes it was his imagination, and goes back to robbing.

A couple minutes pass, before once again, the voice returns. "Jesus is watching you." Quite confused, the thief searches the house and checks the front door, but nothing pops out as unusual. He finally decides to move rooms, and finds a parrot, but ignores it. Before he can begin to do anything, someone speaks again, "Jesus is watching you." The robber realized it was the parrot talking!

Going to the parrot, he asks it, "Are you the one who's been talking to me?" The parrot responds, "Yes." The thief couldn't believe it. So, he asks another question. "What is your name?" "Ismael." the parrot replies. The man scoffed. "What type of idiot names a parrot Ismael?" The parrot speaks yet again, "The same type of idiot that names a Rottweiler Jesus."

Just curious.......

What is the purpose of the DVLT Meme Coin Divis? Are Dream Bowl I, Dream Bowl II, and the Josh Gibson coins supposed to garner some upside value in the future? Or, as some have said, is the awarding of these coins just a method to flush out the actual DVLT and SCLX legitimate S/Hs...in order to expose the millions of "ghost" short sales shares down the road?

Or...maybe there's some other corporate incentive for doing this altogether...like trying to drive another stake in the ground regarding this new technology shift, and to drum up general awareness, interest, and the longer-term FOMO prospects of owning RWAs.

Who knows? Right now...these coins are just "there" in my DVLT Wallet. I'm not banking on them having any real value down the road. But that's probably because I just don't understand the game as it's being designed and deployed.

Of course, 10/7 is the next scheduled SRNE BK Claims Hearing.  I remember being antsy for the April 7 Hearing starting about January of this year.  I guess that same antsy-ness is already surfacing.

It’s a long way away, and all sorts of shhhh-tuff could happen between now and then.  But we all know…or think, anyway…that closing out the SRNE Claims is structurally required before filing the financials with the SEC necessary to lift SRNE out of the “Expert Market”.  And given that this Sub is called BandOfBrothersOfSRNE reminds us where we started, and where our major $$$ are invested.

Sure.  I guess some type of crazy B/O could happen with SRNE.  But that seems very far-fetched to me.  So…I am back to October 7 as being the next BIG MILESTONE threshold necessary for us to see this dawg get turned around and back on track.  Until then, I guess we are all at the mercy of the many ancillary moves ever developing in this perennial saga.

Hang in there, Gang!  October 7 will get here eventually!!!

By Friday he could hardly get his shoes on.

To bring this full circle, sometimes this is how I feel about our investment in SRNE. When I bought SRNE...5+ years ago...I was buying SRNE. Since then, The Good Doctor has "layered" this investment with umpteen additions, subsidiaries, spin-offs, Divis, JVs, Meme Coins...you name it...so much so, that it is now hard to find SRNE amongst the Ji World Jungle! A single tree has become a dense forest!

I know I speak for many when I say that I just hope the ultimate sum of the parts will result in a product...or products...we can all be proud of!

I do believe we are headed there...wherever "there" will ultimately be defined...because there seems to be no give-up or give-in by The Good Doctor. Instead, it is a lot of tactful sailing to keep the boat on the water and headed towards the finish line.

Unfortunately, I cannot discern any feeling of urgency emanating from the Ji World management or investment teams. That doesn't mean nothing is happening behind the curtain. Certainly, we have experienced all sorts of shhhhtuff being concocted all along this journey. But it is hard to know where we stand in the assembly process of this complex puzzle.

Are we still just collecting the pieces? Has the puzzle been being assembled for a while now...and we are closing in on a finished image or product? For me, the "finished product" MUST include an SRNE issue that is freely trading in the open markets...or has been folded into another entity that is freely trading with gusto!

For now, I have given up on the "short-term" perspective, and my expectations have been recalibrated to "months and years"...rather than "days and weeks" as it always used to be. Maybe Ji World will surprise me with something on Monday, this week, or this month. That would be OUTSTANDING...but it is no longer what I am expecting.
