Hi everyone, I’m looking for some honest career guidance and would really appreciate your input.

I’m at a bit of a crossroads right now. I’ve got a background in HR and recruitment, which I’ve enjoyed—especially the parts involving systems, data, and stakeholder management—but I don’t feel fully fulfilled long-term.

Lately, I’ve been exploring a few different directions and I’m struggling to figure out what path makes the most sense.

Has anyone here transitioned between very different fields like this?
