Hi all,

Im considering a role for a home visiting paramedic for a PCN under the ARRS scheme. Currently my week is split between an ambulance service and a UTC.

For anyone who's doing a similar role what is your general experience or opinions of this sort of position regarding mentoring, training, generally how are you treated etc?
