For a year and a half now, I have heard one particular voice in my ears, it’s a very low sounding voice but I can understand every word. The voice would taunt me and belittle me every second of everyday. Not only that, but at a drop of a hat, whatever it is can make me itch in ANY spot in my entire body, it can also, in a split second cause the worst anxiety that I think a human could possibly feel. I got lucky when listening to them speak one day and they must have thought the device was off, and found who they were. Turned out they are 20 something’s that live in my neighborhood. I’ve been on vacations to Arkansas, Colorado, and New Mexico all this year, and no matter how far I go, I still hear this one particular kids voice, ALL DAY EVERY DAY. This device allows him to see me and what I’m doing every second of every day. He knows when I’m driving because he reacts to the way I drive out loud from where he is. He watches me have sex with my wife, and I know because he yells out obscenities the entire time. In other words, I haven’t had one peaceful moment, whether it be on vacation, making love to my wife, being with my son, visiting family, going on dates with my wife, etc. I know who he is and he’s 23, his parents live 3 house down from me, but he lives in an apartment 2 miles away and he is in constant hiding from me because I have threatened him greatly. Does anyone have any idea what the device may be that he has in his possession??
