Likely Mold in Bathroom - Need Opinions

I believe I likely have mold in my master bathroom. I'm confident the quarter round has it, and likely the baseboard behind it. But I need experienced and/or professional opinions if the doorframe and the drywall may also be affected. Upon inspection and depending on the results, when would it be appropriate to call a professional for inspection?

As you can see in the first and second photos, the bottom of the door frame has what looks to be thinning paint/discoloration. The second photo also shows swelling/warping of the quarter round on its left side, and the third photo shows what I think is mold on the right side of the quarter round.

I plan to remove the quarter round and baseboard this weekend to inspect, as you can see in the photos, the right side of the quarter round has black discoloration on the right side and some swelling and warping on the left side.

How it happened: I give my 3-year-old son baths in our master bathtub, and he gets messy with the water as the bathtub faucet is directly above and to the right, which is where he primarily stands. The water runs off the side corner of the tub and onto the floor, creeping up next to and, I'm assuming, under the quarter round.
