Testing tomorrow

Anxious? Not overly. BUT... I don't want to waste my time and money. 33m testing for the first time. Career changer(hopefully). Working 45-50 hour physical labor weeks, having a family (wife, 2 kids including a toddler), and keeping everything in order has been a challenge.

I've mostly used Achievable (through American College of Financial Planning - $75 if anyone is looking for materials) Spent the last two months doing everything through their program. Started out with with 68-70s last week on final practice exams and gradually getting better. Past 3 have been 80-89% I got a 76% on SIE's practice 2 weeks ago and will retake here today. Also have been listening to Ken Finnen the past few weeks to drill stuff into my brain (plus he's keeps it light and fun.)

I wish there was a closer testing center, but I have to go 110 miles (semi rural Idaho - 2 hours away) to take mine and plan on listening to Ken on the way. I don't want to test online with the horror stories I've read. Kind of a big commitment.

2 questions:

Achievable says I'm 90% ready with a score estimate of 75%-83%. How do you think I'll do? I'm optimistic.

Also, my town (about 55K people) has a limited amount of job opportunities. I've talked most of the CFPs (direction I would like to go) in town and they've all been great, but looks like openings are less than few and far between. How do I go about getting a job? We sadly can't move overly far because of my wife's divorce decree (6 years until we could possibly move) - we are limited to about a 90 mile distance, and of course live in the largest "city" in the area. Every other town in said area is 12k people or less - mostly less. Don't care to be remote, especially with all the distractions that come with kids. Also I need to be able to support the family as my wife is only part time, so I can't take an unpaid internship. Help?

Update: Scored 88% on 2nd FINRA practice test today. A quarter of the missed ones I probably should have answered correctly if I took more time... Completed in 50 min.
