I have not applied for cimea yet due to a very big misunderstanding on my part as I'm doing everything on my own without any help from consultants. I want to ask if cimea is mandatory for pre-enrollment? I have my documents verified by the British council (I'm an A levels student) and have an apostille on the equivalency of my country. Will it speed up the cimea process?
