Man, I just had to vent this out. I had my appointment at them one month ago. The staff told me that it should be around 3 weeks processing in the Embassy. I've been monitoring the tracking page every single day. It says "dispatched to embassy". I understand that embassy processing times could vary.
4 weeks later, with no update on the tracking page, I decided to send an email to VFS helpdesk. They said that they just sent the documents to the embassy yesterday. That's 4 f-in weeks staying in their office. With no explanation. JUST WHYYYYY. They don't have any business holding it for that long. If it's the embassy, I would have no question.
VFS scks in general, why are countries supporting this monopoly? Their website scks, their tracking lacks transparency (it scks), their customer service scks. Someone should build a competitor to this crappy company. This delay has caused me some hundreds of bucks.
