Hi I am ready to play the dlc and can’t get the eye to show up. I have an EU physical copy of the game and have bought the dlc from the uk ps store. Should I just reinstall the game from disc or am I gonna need to buy ps extra and download the digital version☹️

Wondering if anyone has had this happen as I can’t find any posts about it. Finished my first full playthrough of bloodborne the other day but have made it past rom before. This playthrough Master Willem was just never there, didn’t have any effect on the game just wondering why this could possibly be, it was a fresh new game save with a new character.
