Medical Waiver for Benign fibroadenoma
FOR F going into ARMY
Just went to meps today and passed the vision/hearing/physical BUT needed a waiver for the fibroadenoma. No pain and no itching completely uncomplicated. I got diagnostics a year before, and two days before my medical, and a doctor's note a month before. The waiver was to determine " further supervision " in the military. The doctor said it " shouldn't be a big problem" , but who knows. I'm only scheduled once a year like any annual exam. I turned in all my paperwork before going to meps, and hopefully it will be approved then I am ready to be shipped off. ** WIll Update going through the process**
