I'm going to be parked in a site for approximately 4 years (me, my cats, occasional husband visiting). I have the RV and site. Aside from skirting, window treatments, extra large propane tank, and hard piping the grey&sewage (still going to close when not actively dumping) is there anything y'all would recommend to make being settled into a spot for a long time easier? I'm used to living in an RV full time in a more nomadic way but will have to stay put to complete an apprenticeship.

RV is a keystone cougar 5th wheel 27ft
