TLDR: how go back in one hand usage?

Hi all!

I'm a long time android user and thanks to recent Google decisions, I want to switch to iphones.

I tried the 17 in a store and what can I say... There are many differences I surely can get used to, but HOW do you go back? In the settings in a minute, in the browser, in any app?

I'm generally using my phone one handed with my right hand. On Android it's a little flick with my right thump. A 1.5cm movement. Works the same in any app.

On the iPhone I have to stretch across the entire screen? Is that really it? The sales person told me basically I will get used to it? But how? How do ppl with small hands even do that? How do the over a billion iphone users do that??

This is not a rant (well maybe a little bit), I'm genuinely curious. I tried to find clips on YouTube of people going back one handed... Didn't find anything.. was always on a table, use a second finger or just not going back.
