[USA] [H] N3DS LL Dual IPS, and some games [W] PayPal

I have a N3DS LL with dual IPS screens. I region swapped it to USA with CFW. I also have physical cart only games of Code Name STEAM and Chibi Robo Ziplash. Also it has a charger, new battery installed, sd card, hard shell case, and an R4 card.

There are a few scratches on the front shell and it’s missing a rubber pad on the back, but besides that it’s great!
