My doctor said this is seb derm but I’m unsure - I think I’ve been mis diagnosed

my skin feels sunburnt & tight at times. only started in November 2025 and worsened in January - then got better and now it’s flared again.

I’ve used Ketoconazole - makes my scalp feel drier. (I don’t have flakes, just small spots and like a sunburn feeling after washing).

Fusidic and Hydrocortasone creams but they don’t make a difference.

I washed my face in head and shoulders yesterday and my face went blotchy, red and felt like it was on fire.

I also use Doublebase Shower Gel but again I feel like it makes no diffetence.
