I've had my iMac for a little over a year (OS 2017 Ventura 13.7 8), and with certain music files, I cannot add them to my Apple Music. I make sure they are compatible with AM (no FLAC files etc.). When attempting to open the files, I see the "Determining gapless playlist" pop-up in the corner, and nothing happens.

Does anyone know the solution for this, or has experienced this? Or is it a subscription I need to add more music? I'm in the US btw.
