Acid reflux on long runs
I have never had problems with taking gels during longer efforts, but the last year I've been having acid reflux after a couple gels, and it stays even after my run. I am mostly training for ultramarathons and the last two I did fueling went terrible because of acid reflux and nausea. Are there people here with similar problems and have you found something that works for you fueling-wise? I would like to experiment with a few different options before my next race. I currently take SIS beta fuel.
