It’s stupid because it was only 19 dollars and possibly 9 dollars of half pay or whatever but I had a shopping order for Dollar General of $19. I don’t have my phone on a stand and I’m not looking at my phone while driving but I drive a solid 10 minutes which is about six or 7 miles to get to the store from where I was when I got the order. When I get to the store, there’s no order on my page and as I’m about to contact Support I get a two dollar order for Jack-in-the-Box from where I started when I went to Dollar General. I contact Support because I wasted gas and time to drive to the store and they told me because I didn’t click arrived at the store before the order was canceled that they cannot give me any sort of compensation. In what world would I be able to take a taxi to the airport and a block away from the airport tell the taxi driver never mind I don’t want the ride and get off without paying? Has this happened to anyone before and what solutions were you provided with? This seems very unfair.
