Hi,
This Sunday I run my first marathon in 6:06.
I know horrible time. First 21k I had in 2:20h I was feeling good and the suddenly when I hit 25km my knees just started to hurt so much I had to fast walk the remaining.
I don’t run, I did it like 5 times, mainly I do martial arts.
But I enjoyed it so much and was so pissed by my poor time that I would like to run actively (3/4 times per week).
I would like to run it in some good time. Which according to net is sub 4.
How to train for it. What pace should I have.
Thanks in advance, I didn’t think that running would make me feel such pleasure and I want to improve in it.
