Asking to have an ethernet cable ran

I have an HVAC team coming Monday to install a 6 zone minisplit system into my home. At least one of these minisplits is in a third floor attic room, and requires a line to be run through a crawlspace in the attic that I have access to through a knee wall.

Currently, the internet in the attic is awful, as it is an old home and there are no ethernet lines on the second or third floor. However, I have 100ft of bulk CMR Cat6 cable that I can easily run out of basement to where the minisplits are being installed outside.

My question: How reasonable would it be for me to ask them if they're willing to just run the cable up with the minisplit line into the crawlspace. No termination or anything, I literally just need the cable ran. I can terminate both ends myself. To me, this seems like a really basic favor to ask for, but I am not an expert.

Any insight is greatly appreciated...really hope this can work out. Maybe there is something I can do ahead of time to make it as easy as possible for them?
