Can I use this power supply with my transceiver or is it broken?
So I was gifted this power supply. I wanted to use it with my transceiver. Only problem is it produces 15-20 Volts under no load while it was rated for 12-15 Volts. Now it says its a regulated power supply but I am not sure if it not being underload increases the available voltage or not. Another thing is its rated for 10 amps while my transceiver takes 3-6 amps. Will the transciever draw morw current than its rated for or is it fine?
