I’ve been with alternaleaf for a year now and I’ve not once had proper access to my appointments. They are already incredibly rushed but there are no captions and no BSL interpreters.

Obviously this is a blatant disregard for the equality act and means alternaleaf is unsuitable for BSL users and anyone more deaf than me.

I’ve asked multiple times now for them to switch to a service that as a minimum has automated captions and they’ve point blank refused.

Anyone know of clinics that have BSL interpreters or at least captions on their video calls or know how I’d go about taking action against alternaleaf to have this changed?
