why does the referendum to make napoleon emperor doesn’t appear?
i’ve had louis as president as soon as i reclaimed the metropole and since the end of the weltkrieg in 1944 i own alsace, on the 3rd of october 1946 i took the focus “proclaim the fourth republic” and even after 500 days the event doesn’t appear, anybody knows why?
