My water to be cut off because the pipe runs through a shop first!!
I rent a flat above a shop, and the shop tenant has closed down. She stays in contact but refuses to pay water bills as the supply from the street meter goes into her shop, but my flat gets water from a pipe leading off from inside the shop. As it's a commercial supply, the water company can cut it off for non-payment. The landlord (who owns both the shop and flat) won't get involved. Anyone know how I can sort this?
