I need her. I regret not pulling for her on her first banner. I lost 50/50 on her rerun and didn't have enough to pull further. Please bring her back :(
She's the only Lunar support I don't have. And I could have built a Stellar-Lunar team with Sandrone, Yae Miko, Columbina, and with Ineffa to complete the team.

I feel like Cipher debuffing ability is not as good compared to the novaflared characters (OG Silverwolf, Welt) to be Acheron support. And her damage is either not strong enough or doesn't happen often enough to be considered as a main dps. So what would be her best team nowadays? I used to use her in Acheron team (Acheron, Cipher, Silverwolf, Aventurine). But I find myself replacing Cipher with Welt more often now after his novaflare. I like Cipher as a character and I want to use her more. But how and where?
