[SF Great Adventure] [SFGA] 2028, new coaster addition?
Content creator "Coliwood Studios" has made 2 speculative videos about Six Flags Great Adventures (SFGA) future expansion this week.
His first video talks about the current space available at the park. Coliwood uses some of his urban planning knowledge to help explain why exterior space is limited by the Pine Barrens wetlands & threatened species (Northern Pine snake, Barron Owl, and Bald Eagle).
His second video overlays the park in Planet Coaster 2 and he does goes into a potential area that could receive a coaster (suggests the daredevil dive/slingshot/Go-Kart lot).
2 areas of question:
I.) Why does Coliwood suggest a tilt coaster? (Was this leaked anywhere or is this just purely speculative)
II.) Does anyone know of any other future spots for new attractions or expansions?
In complete & utter honesty, I wouldn't be surprised if SFGA doesn't add any coaster in 2028 . I foresee them sticking to the rides survey in 2024/2025 and getting the park a drop tower, then convert the kids area into planet snoopy.
For new coasters, I actually see them sticking with the 2024 survey and grabbing a new-gen family launch coaster.
A few areas I can think of: Golden Kingdom - something that runs along the old Rolling thunder? --> the old Animal habitat/marine stadium --> The old Lakefront Stadium used to be --> Convert one of the kiddie areas (Nitro or Log flume; why do we have two??)
