If i sit down or lay down, If i start to meditate. What should happen to me before i exit?

How it works and how could it be done?

And please... without "it needs years of practice" ....
One true truth is that there is no need for that much practice, problem is knowledge, or in this case, lack of it.

If i meditate by the way someone told me in wrong way, i can meditate for decades, and i will not succeed at anything.

Only important thing here is correct knowledge on what to do, thats all, how i think.

Does any of you know how this work. Can this be approached without mentioning of science or spirituality?

Does anyone of u know how this really works, without philosophy and all things in between?

If u were to explain to someone how this work can u tell them without mentioning science or spirituality?

Why no one explains this without playing with words?

Why no one tells the fundamentals of altered states of consciousness and Out of body experiences?

Is it true that a lot of people talking about this never had an out of body experiences?

How many people talks about this while they know nothing about this?

And for last. Why everything about it has to be hard. How some people can do it naturally, and why some can do it easily than others. Why no one knows truly why this works and how it can be 100% done with knowing how it works?
