I work in a mid-sized MNC. My last working day is Friday. On Wednesday morning, my supervisor dropped a mail dumping 2 full days of work on me. Now I have completed half of it. On Thursday, it's a day before my LWD I have to download all my documents, payslips, and complete the separation process on the HR portal, so I'll be occupied with that , also I have a bunch of interviews to attend on Thursday. I am trying to get some time for myself since I am done with this org anyway. Also, I don't think my supervisor has any authority on the senior fellow, and my reporting manager doesn't really give a shit about my supervisor and me since he is occupied with his own work. However, my supervisor is a pretty toxic guy who likes playing politics, and I think he might be trying to fuck me over one last time. My question is, are there any consequences if I don't complete my remaining tasks? I don't really want to sit at night completing work when I am going to be out the door the next day anyways, especially when i never did this when i was actually working here. Can my supervisor alone withhold my experience letter or deduct from my final settlement?
P.S : There are multiple people whom I have given KT months back on how to do these tasks
