Hi , I'm fairly new when it comes to playing guitar I've only been around for a few months however I'm looking to upgrade my amp and not having much knowledge when it comes to amps I thought I might ask for some help.

I've been looking at a Vox Valvetronic VT40X , the general consensus I've been hearing is that it's a good amp for the price point however I was wondering as its a modeller would I still be able to use pedals with it ? As I'm looking to eventually get into using pedals and making a pedalboard down the line.
