There is a scene in episode 19 "Watchmen Series" where >!Zodyl reveal his plan to Rudo!<. And starting from 11:08 through 14:04 this amazing OST plays in the background as he talks. Does anyone know what it's called.

I swear I listened to the whole soundtrack on Spotify for that one song, and unless my ear are lying to me, I couldn't find it. Tried Shazam and Google's "search a song" feature but no luck. Any clues?
