Dog inclusive car trip to Türkiye

I am planning a trip to your beautiful country again. This time I want to bring my family and a dog. We will start in Istanbul. I would really love to visit Adalar. I am searching for nice places like that across Western Türkiye. I want to avoid touristy places like Cappadocia as I have anxiety. Please suggest calmer places ❤️
Please give me some suggestions for dog-friendly beaches, where dogs can also swim. Also, please share your knowladge what I should know about entering restaurants with a dog. Are there any dog playgrounds in cities?
We will come by Tesla, where we can charge it along the way. Can you guys share where you usually charge yours? I mean, Tesla superchargers are cool, but they are not everywhere.
