Help with car dealership
Sorry if not allowed, but at a bit of a loss and just wanted to get some advice.
I purchased a car from Evans Halshaw last year in May on finance. Car has been driving perfectly up until 2 days ago where it randomly broke down, I'm not particularly car savvy, but I asked my mate to put a code reader on it and take a look at the engine. The code reader came back and said there were problems with the water pump and o2 sensor.
I purchased the premium guarantee when I got the car, as I have had bad luck in the past, and have been reading through it and both parts should be covered. However trying to get anything sorted with the garage is proving difficult. They have informed me that they don't have any slots available to book the car in for an entire month, and they also don't have any courtesy cars available. I rely on the car to get to work, has anyone been in a similar situation? Does anyone have any idea if there is anything I can do?
