Not about how to fall asleep
worrying about sleep happening in time and checking the clock is not my worst issue anymore . When your really stuck in a rut , what do you on weeks where you must Be productive on 1-2 hours daily of low quality sleep ? How do you deal with the agitation and emotional exhaustion , I’m wanting to lift weights again and do what I used to but physically and physiologically too exhausted to do the activities I used to love . I can make it to the gym but the workouts are useless , I’ve tried rest days from my work and gym but that just makes my insomnia worse . Watching my progress fade away .
